Project Coordinator, Operations (Part-Time)

Position Title: Project Coordinator, Operations (Part-Time)
Reporting To: Content Operations Manager
Location: Newton, MA, Chapel Hill, NC, or New York, NY
Compensation: $30/hr; 25 hrs per week
Position Summary: This role supports end-to-end operational processes for several intervention streams on Well’s platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Platform Experience and Performance [PEP], Product, Marketing, and Clinical) to execute interventions through all stages of the production process to ensure on-time delivery of content
- Configure interventions for launch in all systems, including translating the eligibility criteria into a machine-readable language usable by our proprietary AI Health Engine
- Perform QA on interventions prior to release to ensure high quality and minimize controllable error
- Monitor, analyze, and report on data related to intervention eligibility and relevance with an emphasis on member impact to ensure rigor and accuracy
- Take personal responsibility for keeping all Well systems and data, including sensitive member data, secure and safe, according to Well data and security policies and HIPAA guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or experience in Epidemiology, Statistics/Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Public Health or other quantitative discipline
- Experience with some or all of the following:
- SQL or a comparable querying language
- Data analytics tools (such as Looker or Tableau)
- Excel/Google Sheets, including data management and advanced analysis functions
- Statistical analysis tooling
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Meticulous, logical attention to detail with high quality standards
- Excellent communication and strong collaboration skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Openness to fast-paced problem solving in a highly-technical environment
