Executive Assistant & People Operations Lead

As our Executive Assistant & People Operations Lead, you’ll be the go-to problem solver and steady hand who keeps our leaders focused and our people supported. From owning executive priorities to improving HR operations and shaping our culture—this is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Own
Executive Support (Chief People Officer & Chief of Staff)
- Draft, edit, and proofread high-stakes communications and documents
- Prepare decks, materials, and follow-ups for key initiatives
- Drive special projects tied to growth, client delivery, and internal operations
People Operations
- Support recruiting with candidate research, outreach, and scheduling
- Own onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent, elevated experience
- Manage employee records, compliance tracking, and policy updates
- Support payroll and benefits inputs and partner with PEO for employee administration
- Collaborate on initiatives that improve employee experience and engagement
Office & Culture Operations
- Plan internal events, team offsites, and travel logistics
- Manage vendors, office supplies, and shipping needs
- Support culture initiatives that help Wellist remain a place where people grow and thrive

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in executive support, HR, or office operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Organized, detail-oriented, and unflappable in high-growth environments
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ATS tools, and LinkedIn
