How You’ll Contribute:  

In your day-to-day, you will:  

  • Generate meetings booked from Inbound and outbound activities with the goal of generating a qualified pipeline 
  • Follow up with inbound leads to ensure timely engagement and qualification
  • Educate and nurture leads through inbound and outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and other marketing programs
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads/ meetings booked to Account Executives.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly activity targets (e.g., number of calls, meetings booked, qualified opportunities)
  • Stay on top of market trends and competition by attending 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to continuously develop your skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies and campaign effectiveness

What We’re Looking For: 

To thrive in this role, you ideally have some combination of the following: 

  • 1+ years of experience in an SDR or related role that included outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • 1+ years experience with CRM tools (ie. Hubspot, 6sense, email platforms, and sales automation software) 
  • Demonstrated experience with AI technology for efficiency and automation or a strong interest in learning about it.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver results on time and within scope.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong initiative and a growth-oriented mindset, particularly in a sales and marketing context.
  • Exceptional ability to understand and address customer needs, with a focus on driving revenue and growth.
  • A history of successfully building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders across various functions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key value drivers in recurring revenue models.
  • Experience applying an analytical and process-oriented approach to using data for execution and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement, evidenced by measurable achievements.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively, collaborate across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The hiring salary for this role is $70,000 base, with $100,000 OTE annually, and represents the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role.

During the interview stage, you can expect:

  • An initial “phone” screen with our recruiting team (30 minutes); if there’s a match we’ll invite you to meet further with the team.
  • An initial meeting with our SVP of Marketing (30 minutes). 
  • An interview loop with 3-4 interviews (45 minutes each) with the Marketing and Sales team members you will be working most closely with.

All interviews will be remote via Google Meets; we are happy to make accommodations you might need to feel set up for success in our process.
