Who You Are: Revenue Operations Analyst

The WellSaid Revenue Operations team strives to build better systems, processes, and measurements to drive the execution of our GTM strategy and ultimately, to grow revenue. Our Revenue Operations team coordinates cross-functionally to execute transactions via Deal Desk, to deliver clean data and business intelligence to GTM stakeholders, to deliver key sales data to our financial systems,  and to help design GTM systems and processes in line with our people strategy.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst at WellSaid, you will perform core revenue administration tasks in deal execution, be a core voice in improving our CRM technology and process, and help our sales team scale the organization through process, compensation, and patch design.

How You’ll Contribute:  

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Assist in managing the deal desk alias, coordinating between sales, product, and finance on custom deals
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on GTM planning, forecasting, and operational processes.
  • Provide feedback on improvement of our GTM tech stack, especially CRM and contract/price/quote processes.
  • Assist with business KPI reporting for the leadership team and collaborate cross-functionally with finance and analytics teams to ensure the accuracy of revenue data.
  • Contribute to and/or lead ad hoc projects as business needs arise.

What We’re Looking For 

To thrive in this role, you ideally have some combination of the following: 

  • 2+ years of experience with a CRM, at least 1 year with Hubspot
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP and procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
  • Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments, with a strong attention to detail
  • Customer Onboarding Experience: Ability to effectively communicate with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience/ familiarity with creating and managing onboarding documentation and training materials.
  • Transaction Processing and Order Management: Experience handling purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
  • Must be located in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone.

The hiring salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 base annually, and represents the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role.
