Senior Manager, Demand Generation

Seattle, WA

Who We Are: WellSaid

WellSaid is the leading AI voice company for enterprise and professional applications. Using carefully sourced voice talent and our own AI advanced platform, WellSaid provides ultra-realistic voices that the world’s biggest brands trust to engage listeners. We build AI responsibly and ethically.

Who You Are

You are a driven marketer with hands-on experience building demand generation programs for high-growth B2B SaaS companies and a track record of delivering measurable pipeline impact. You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and creatively about channel mix and rolling up your sleeves to launch a campaign, analyze results, and iterate quickly.

How You’ll Contribute:

In this role, you will oversee and execute the programs and strategies that drive qualified pipeline for WellSaid, with the potential to expand into a larger scope down the line. The Senior Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for building and executing multi-channel campaigns that attract, engage, and convert our target customers — from first touch to sales-ready opportunity. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with external agencies and specialized contractors while being WellSaid’s in-house expert in demand gen strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis. Reporting  to the VP of Marketing, you’ll partner closely with our Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure we're reaching the right customers  with the right message at the right time.

In your day to day, you will:

  • Own the demand generation roadmap — defining channel strategy, campaign priorities, and messaging themes aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media programs across channels including search, social, display, and content syndication
  • Build and manage email nurture programs that move prospects and customers through the funnel, leveraging email, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key verticals and high-value accounts in partnership with Sales
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop campaign assets — landing pages, ads, email sequences, webinars, and more
  • Monitor the demand generation budget; track spend and performance with rigor, and reallocate investment toward what's working
  • Define, monitor, and report on key metrics including cost per acquisition, pipeline generated, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates at each funnel stage
  • Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure tight lead handoff, feedback loops on lead quality, and alignment on ICP and messaging
  • Manage and optimize relationships with agencies and contractors, ensuring quality of work, ROI, and alignment with WellSaid’s strategy and brand voice

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you ideally have some combination of the following:

  • 7+ years of experience in demand gen, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand gen programs that deliver measurable pipeline impact in a B2B SaaS and/or PLG environment
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot)
  • Deep experience with paid media — including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, CTV, OOH, and programmatic channels — and strong command of campaign optimization
  • Experience designing and executing ABM programs, including tool selection and cross-functional coordination with Sales
  • Strong analytical skills; you are comfortable pulling and interpreting data, building dashboards, and making spend decisions based on funnel metrics
  • Experience building and scaling programs through agency and contractor partnerships, knowing how to set expectations, give strong creative direction, and hold partners accountable to KPIs
  • Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for messaging — you know what resonates with a B2B buyer and can give strong creative direction
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you wore multiple hats and built programs from scratch
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with AI, creative technology, L&D or marketing buyer personas
  • (Bonus) Experience with event strategies, including sales follow-up SLAs to drive conversion

To join our team you also:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must be able to commute to the Bellevue area

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
