Occasional Babysitter Needed – Warm & Welcoming Family

I am recruiting on behalf of a warm and welcoming family looking for a reliable, caring, and patient babysitter to provide occasional childcare in the Dublin 11 area. The family aims to find a trusted babysitter who can offer dependable support both for planned outings and during emergencies when needed.

About the Child 👶

A happy and active toddler with a great appetite and a good nap routine. After daycare, they enjoy going for a walk and engaging in playful activities. Building familiarity and consistency with the child is important to the family.

Babysitter Requirements:

The family is seeking a babysitter who:
Gender: Female
Personality: Gentle, mellow, patient, and easy-going
Experience: Prior experience caring for toddlers
Language: Ideally speaks Spanish, but this is optional—finding the right fit is the priority.
Availability: Primarily evenings for short outings (1–2 hours), with occasional flexibility during the day for emergencies. Preference for someone who can be available on short notice when the child is unwell or the family has events.
Proximity: Ideally located close to the Dublin 11 area for convenience and availability.
Skills: Pediatric first aid training is a plus.
Cooking: Not required, but should be comfortable giving a snack if needed.
Legal Status: Must be legally allowed to work in the country (e.g., student visa holders welcome). Cash payments available.
Smoking: No smoking in the home or during babysitting hours.
Driving: Not required—location is accessible by public transport.

Budget & Payment 💰

Up to €17 per hour, depending on experience.

Trust & Fit:

The family is looking for someone who will genuinely care for and build familiarity with their child. They prioritise finding someone who feels like a natural fit and who the child can feel comfortable with over time.

Trial Session:

The family is open to conducting a trial session before finalising a babysitter to ensure the right fit.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
