Private Nanny – Cedar Park, TX

A family in Cedar Park, TX 78613 is seeking a nurturing and reliable nanny to primarily care for their 1-month-old infant, with occasional support for their 3.5-year-old. The family is looking for part-time help through the end of August, with a preference for the role to transition into a full-time position. If needed, they are open to hiring separate candidates for each schedule. This family has a vaccination policy, which will be discussed directly with the candidate.

Schedule:

Part-Time (now through end of August): 2–4 days per week for approximately 4 hours per day, afternoons preferred (8–16 hours weekly)
Full-Time (starting week of August 24th): Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Family Specifications:

Smoke-free home; No pets present

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care for a newborn, including feeding/ meal prep, diapering, nap routines, and age-appropriate developmental activities
Occasional care for a 3.5-year-old child
Light housekeeping related to the children (laundry, tidying play areas, organizing, loading/unloading dishwasher)
Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from the family’s home
CPR and First Aid certified
Up-to-date vaccinations
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting infant, bending, standing for extended periods, safely carrying child up and down flights of stairs)

Preferred:

Infant experience highly valued
Spanish-speaking candidate preferred, not required

Compensation:

$20-25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
