Part-Time Private Hire Infant Caregiver – Lansdale, PA 19446

A family in Lansdale, PA is seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced caregiver for their infant son. This is a private hire, part-time position supporting a first-time family as they establish consistent, high-quality care for their baby during the workweek. The family is looking for a caregiver who can provide attentive, developmentally appropriate infant care in a safe, nurturing environment.

Schedule:

• 2 consecutive days per week (preferred options: Monday/Tuesday, Tuesday/Wednesday, or Wednesday/Thursday)
• No Fridays
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with possible extension in the future)
• Start date: Beginning of May 2026
• Care duration expected through Summer 2026, with possible extension
• Trial period required to ensure best fit for the family
• No pets in the home
• Non-smoking home
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, hands-on care for infant throughout the day
• Feedings including bottle preparation and light meal support as age-appropriate
• Maintain infant routines including naps, diapering, and soothing
• Engage in safe, developmentally appropriate interaction and play
• Light housekeeping related to child care (bottle cleaning, tidying baby areas, laundry as needed)
• No screen time during care hours
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience caring for infants and/or young children preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration required
• Comfortable providing consistent, attentive full-day infant care

 

Compensation:

• $21 per hour
