Full Time Nanny Share for Two Infants – Philadelphia, PA 19128

A family in Philadelphia, PA 19128 is seeking an experienced and dependable nanny for a nanny share caring for two infants, both around 5 months old. This is a long-term opportunity in a warm, collaborative home environment where the mother will be working from home and present during the day. 

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM beginning at the end of May
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend babysitting availability is a plus

Family Specifications:

• Care will take place in the family’s home, which is set up for both infants
• Mother will be working from home and present in the household
• Home includes 2 cats and 1 dog, all acclimated to the baby

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for two infants in a nanny share setting
• Support feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
• Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities for both infants
• Maintain a safe and structured environment for both children
• Light housekeeping/organization related to the children (bottles, laundry, tidying play areas)

Requirements:

• Prior experience caring for at least one infant required
• Must be fully vaccinated
• Comfortable working in a home with pets
• Ability to meet the physical demands of infant care (lifting, carrying, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Fluency in a second language preferred

Compensation:

• $27–$32 per hour (commensurate with experience)
