Part Time Companion/Caregiver (Healthcare Background Required) – Palm City, FL 

A family in Palm City, FL 34990 is seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time caregiver for a loved one to provide personal care, companionship, and light household support. 

Schedule:

• Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 6 hours per week guaranteed

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care support, including assistance with bathing and daily hygiene (current and future needs)
• Assist with mobility as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as appropriate
• Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, general upkeep)
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and monitor for any changes in care needs

Requirements:

• Healthcare or medical background
• Experience with dementia 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate, attentive, and proactive approach

Compensation:

• $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)
