Full Time Nanny – San Jose, CA 

A family in San Jose, CA 95123 is seeking an experienced and compassionate nanny for their 4-month-old baby. This family has a vaccination policy, which will be discussed directly with the candidate. 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: June 29, 2026

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• Pet Friendly home with 1 dog
• Parents value open communication and building a long-term relationship with the right caregiver

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care for an infant including feeding, diapering, and nap routines
• Support developmental activities appropriate for the baby's age and needs
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• Driving in case of an emergency

Requirements:

• Experience caring for infants 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Comfortable working in a home with pets

Compensation:

• $30-32 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Mileage reimbursement or gas stipend provided for work-related driving
