Caregiver – Rocky Hill, CT

A family in Rocky Hill, CT 06067 is seeking a patient, dependable, and compassionate part-time companion caregiver to support an adult male managing OCD.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Approximately 3 hours per day (9 hours/week total)

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• 1 medium-sized dog present

Responsibilities:

• Medication reminders
• Gentle reminders for personal hygiene routines
• Light housekeeping and tidying
• Meal preparation and simple kitchen support
• Bringing in mail
• Dog walking and light pet-related assistance
• Provide companionship and support daily routines and structure

Requirements:

• Comfortable supporting adults managing mental health conditions
• Comfortable with dogs
• Fluency in English

Preferred:

• Previous caregiving or companion care experience
• Patient, calm, and dependable personality

Compensation:

• $19–$21 per hour
