Full Time Nanny – Westfield, IN 

A family in Westfield, IN 46074 is seeking an experienced and compassionate nanny to provide full-time care for their 1-year-old, along with part-time after-school support for their 5-year-old.

Schedule:

• Start Date: August 15, 2026 (flexible)
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM caring for the family's 1-year-old child
• After-school support for the family's  5yr old child from 3:00 PM–5:00 PM

Family Specifications:

• Smoke free home
• 2 Golden Retrievers 
• Parents work from home

Responsibilities:

• Light housekeeping / light household management, as time permits, including children's laundry, meal preparation, tidying, and toy clean-up
• Assistance with daily living activities, including dressing, diapering, and feeding
• Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities to support physical, social, and cognitive development (games, crafts, outdoor play)
• Supporting communication development, including the use of appropriate verbal or non-verbal communication aids as needed
• After-school care and supervision for the family's 5-year-old
• As-needed transportation using the family's vehicle

 

Requirements:

• Previous childcare experience required
• Experience supporting children with developmental delays and special needs required
• First Aid/CPR certifications and training in seizure response (emergency preparedness required)
• Must be able to reliably commute

Preferred:

•  At least 10 years of previous professional Nanny experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

• $20–$30/hour DOE
