Full Time Senior Caregiver – New York, NY

A family in New York, NY 10019 is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to provide daytime support for an 88-year-old gentleman experiencing mobility challenges. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and comfortable assisting with personal care and daily routines while helping maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• One cat in the home 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals
• Provide mobility assistance and support with daily activities
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Offer companionship and supervision as needed
• Walks (likes walking to CVS, TJMAXX, grocery store)

Requirements:

• Experience caring for seniors preferred
• Must be comfortable providing personal care and mobility assistance
• Familiarity with Caribbean culture and customs is a bonus

Compensation:

• $32-37 per hour (commensurate with experience, flexible)
