A family in Derry, NH (03038) is seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for their happy 1-year-old toddler twins starting this fall. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and passionate about supporting early childhood growth and development in a nurturing home environment.

 

Schedule:

• 3–4 days per week (Monday–Wednesday OR Monday–Thursday)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (27–36 hours per week)
• Schedule flexibility is available with sufficient advance notice

 

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• Friendly dog in the home
• In-home care (no driving/transportation of children required)

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for 1-year-old twins throughout the day
• Plan age-appropriate, creative activities that support learning, motor skills, and milestone development
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain established nap schedules and daily care routines
• Keep play areas and child-related spaces clean and tidy

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers
• Dependable, patient, and energetic personality
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to get to and from the shift
• Non-smoker
• Comfortable around pets (dog in the home)

 

Preferred:

• Experience caring for twins or multiples
• Background or education in Early Childhood Education
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Strong professional references

 

Compensation:

• $25–$30 per hour (commensurate with experience)
