A family in New Brighton, MN 55112 is seeking a warm, dependable, and engaging nanny to provide long-term, part-time care for their two young sons (ages 3.5 and 1.5). The ideal caregiver will support their daily routines, facilitate age-appropriate developmental play, and provide a safe, nurturing environment.

Schedule:

  • Start Date: As early as August 25, 2026
  • Duration: At least 1 year, ideally longer
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM.
  • (Approx. 25.5 hours/week)

Family Specifications:

  • The family loves the outdoors and would ideally find someone who would enjoy spending time outside with the kids.
  • Faith-centered household (Christian values play an important role in the family's daily life and parenting style)
  • One friendly Golden Retriever in the home (candidate must be pet-friendly)
  • Smoke-free environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general attentive care for two young children
  • Plan and engage in fun, age-appropriate educational activities to support growth and development
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, diaper changes, and naptime routines
  • Perform light housekeeping duties (primarily tidying up after the children)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of professional childcare experience
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Reliable personal transportation required
  • Comfortable with dogs

Compensation:

  • $22–$24 per hour
  • Benefits Offered: Guaranteed hours, paid time off, sick time, holidays, mileage reimbursement, yearly raise, and performance bonus.
