Full-Time Nanny – Lansdale, PA

A professional family in Lansdale, PA (19446) is seeking a reliable, flexible, and experienced full-time nanny for their 9-month-old son. This is a long-term position starting immediately. Due to demanding parent work schedules, the family requires a caregiver with excellent communication, strong punctuality, and flexibility for occasional extended shifts.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday with variable days specific to the week
  • Generally 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week; up to 40+ hours based on parent work demand)
  • High flexibility required for the occasional early starts or late stays

 

 

Family Specifications:

  • Smoke-free home
  • No pets in the home
  • Security cameras in use in common areas
  • Strict "no photo" policy (no sharing or posting photos of the child on social media or personal contacts)
  • A formal contract requiring 2–4 weeks' notice prior to vacating the role will be implemented

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated, attentive, and safe daily care for an infant
  • Prepare baby meals and manage feeding routines
  • Perform light child-related housekeeping throughout the day
  • Transport child to and from local activities or appointments as needed using personal vehicle
  • Care for child during minor illnesses (e.g., common cold) when needed

 

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional experience caring for infants and young children
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, active auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain/recertify prior to starting)
  • Comfortable with security cameras in the home
  • Exceptional reliability, flexibility, punctuality, and proactive communication

 

 

Preferred:

  • Bilingual skills in Korean or Cantonese a plus (not required)

 

Compensation:

  • $25–$27 per hour (commensurate with experience; 30-hour weekly minimum guaranteed)
