Full Time Infant Nanny – Bethesda, MD

A welcoming family in Bethesda, MD 20817 is seeking a reliable and warm full-time nanny to care for their infant son (4.5 months old at the start date) beginning October 5, 2026. This family has a vaccination policy in place, which will be discussed directly with the candidate.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 35 hours per week guaranteed
• Start Date: October 5, 2026

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home
• 1 medium-sized, mixed-breed dog (caregiver must be comfortable around dogs)

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, high-quality care for a 4.5-month-old infant (diapering, nap management, tummy time, and interactive playtime)
• Engage the child in age-appropriate developmental and educational activities to support milestone growth
• Perform light household duties related to childcare, including washing and sterilizing bottles, preparing baby food when appropriate, laundering baby clothes, and keeping the nursery tidy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in childcare, including direct experience with infants
• CPR and First Aid certified (including Infant CPR)
• Comfortable with dogs
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Bethesda, MD
• Responsible, highly organized, and an excellent communicator

Compensation:

• $27-$28 per hour (commensurate with experience)
