Part Time Caregiver/House Manager– Washington, D.C.
A family in Washington, D.C. 20016 is seeking a regular, long-term part-time caregiver to care for their 2 children, ages 10 and 5. The family is looking for a dependable and nurturing individual to assist with daily care, transportation, and support the busy household.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; and every other Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (optional)
- Start Date: ASAP
Family Specifications:
- Smoke-free home
- Pet-free home
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, engaging care for the girls.
- Handle daily needs including feeding and light food prep, engaging play, and household errands.
- Light housekeeping related to the children's care throughout the day
- Transport children to and from activities and appointments, and home from school as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance required
Compensation:
- $25–$35 per hour (Payment made via standard payroll (no cash payments, must be comfortable with on the books payment)
