Caregiver – Media, PA

A family in Media, PA 19063 is seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time caregiver to assist a 75-year-old individual navigating significant mobility limitations due to osteoarthritis and other health concerns.

Schedule:

• 1 day per week, 3 hours per day (afternoon start time; exact day and hours are flexible and open to discussion)
• Potential for schedule to expand up to 4 hours per week or include occasional additional shifts

Family Specifications:

• Located in Media, PA
• Home environment focused on supportive mobility assistance and everyday comfort
• Values a dependable, patient caregiver who can comfortably balance personal care and light household assistance

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with personal care routines, including showering and dressing
• Providing transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and errands (utilizing the family's vehicle and/or family-provided transport chair as needed)
• Light housekeeping, kitchen cleanup, and general home organization
• Managing household laundry

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience assisting seniors with mobility challenges and limitations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for transportation and errands

Preferred:

• Local candidates residing within a 20-minute commute of Media, PA

Compensation:

• $30–$35 per hour
