A loving family in Maple Valley, WA is seeking a reliable, warm, and engaging part-time nanny to care for their 16-month-old daughter starting December 14, 2026. The household is smoke-free with no pets, offering a structured and supportive environment for the child's development.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Total Hours: 27 hours per week
  • No hours Dec 21st-January 3rd

Family Specifications:

  • Pet-free household
  • Smoke-free home
  • Values attentive, development-focused care and positive daily routines

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, engaging daily care and facilitate age-appropriate developmental activities for a toddler
  • Prepare vegetarian meals and snacks for the child
  • Perform light housekeeping related to the care of the toddler
  • Run occasional errands outside the home with the child

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in toddler care
  • Outstanding references from previous long-term families
  • English fluency to effectively communicate with the child and family
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Preferred:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Early Childhood Education background or relevant certification

Compensation:

  • $24-$27 per hour
