About the Role:

This is an Expression of Interest for an upcoming fully onsite Team Leader role in the South Eastern Suburbs. If successful, your key responsibilities will include:

🔹 Leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing call centre team
🔹 Handling escalations and resolving complex customer queries
🔹 Inspiring and motivating the team to exceed targets and achieve development goals
🔹 Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience as a Team Leader (TL) or Assistant Team Leader (ATL) in a call centre
✔️ A strong track record of managing teams and achieving KPIs
✔️ Full-time availability Monday – Friday (Visa holders must have full-time work rights)
✔️ Confidence in working fully onsite in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Professional references from previous employers
