What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact – Liaising with customers via phone and email, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Manage sales inquiries – Process general phone/email sales inquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, and credits.
- Support operations – Assist in achieving team targets and deliverables by liaising with drivers and clients.
- Data entry & administration – Maintain accurate records, including driver run sheets and system updates.
- Outbound calls – Connect with existing clients and drivers to strengthen relationships and resolve queries.
- Problem-solving – Provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Work with company values – Carry out all duties safely, following company principles and operating standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service experience is essential – At least 2+ years in a customer service or operations coordination role is desirable.
- Confident communicator – You express yourself well on calls and build strong relationships with customers and drivers.
- Strong organizational skills – You can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using multiple systems with strong computer literacy.
- Strategic thinker – You assess situations critically and find practical solutions.
- Team player – You work well within a small, close-knit team, collaborating to achieve goals.
- Proactive & adaptable – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
