Role Details
📞 Customer Service Representative & Sales Support positions available
✅ Immediate Starts
📅 Casual assignment working full-time hours 37.5 hrs each week
🚀 Mon-Fri 9:00 am – 5:00 pm or 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Flexible)
🎯 Help customers daily – Answer calls and emails through CRM
📈 Coordinating booking requests, new service requests, maintenance requests, and service inquiries for our SME customer base
📊 Reviewing customer invoicing
🎓 Full training provided – Feel confident from day one
🤝 Supportive & dynamic team – Work with like-minded people
What You Need
Must have a car to get to work as there is no public transport close by
Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
Intermediate excel and invoicing backgrounds a plus!
Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Professional references from previous employers
