Casual assignment working full-time hours | π 37.5 hrs each week across Mon-Fri
π― Help customers daily β Answer calls and emails (approx. 30-50 per day)
π Achieve key metrics β Handling time, quality & customer satisfaction
π Full training provided β Feel confident from day one

What You Need
Must have a car to get to work as there is no public transport closeby
Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) β Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills β both written and verbal
Professional references from previous employers
