Account Manager – Renewable Energy ⚡
📍 Location: Brand new office in East Melbourne (right next to Parliament station)
💰 Hourly Rate: $35–$40 (per hour + super)
📑 Duration: Initial 4-month casual contract, with the possibility of extension or a longer-term engagement thereafter
⏱️ Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm each week (fully onsite)
We’ve partnered with an exciting company in the renewable energy space. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the market leaders in this space.
Success in the role will be focused on two main elements;
- Successfully establish and build relationships with 80+ SME’s
- Recover outstanding debt
This isn’t just about collecting payments. It’s about re-selling value, winning trust, and ensuring long-term partnerships in the renewable energy space.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Introducing our client's business as the new operator across 80+ clients.
- Re-engaging customers and clearly communicating the value of their PPA or ESA agreements.
- Establishing & building new relationships
- Negotiating payment solutions (full, partial, or structured plans) while maintaining contract continuity.
- Using CRM tools to track progress and keep cases on target for quick resolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience with SME clients (bonus if you’ve worked in energy or solar).
- Strong communicator with the confidence to win over clients.
- Strong self starter with a strong emphasis on problem solving.
- Experience in collections is a bonus - with the ability to negotiate smart payment outcomes.
- Commercially minded, resilient, and skilled at balancing recovery with relationship building.

- Customers back on track with contracts renewed and relationships strengthened.
- Payment plans, direct debit arrangements, or recovered receivables locked in.
