Virtual Receptionist – Work From Home


$35.58/hour + super | ASAP start | 3-month contract + extensions

Looking to put your communication and organisational skills to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment? Our client is on the lookout for a Virtual Receptionist to handle high-volume inbound calls, manage customer requests, and provide seamless support across the business.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, works autonomously, loves problem-solving, and can deliver exceptional customer service while working remotely.


About the Role

  • Role Title: Virtual Receptionist

  • Location: Work From Home (must have your own laptop, headset & reliable WiFi)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)

  • Hours: Rostering across Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm (working 37.5 hrs each week)

  • Pay Rate: $35.58/hour + super


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage approx. 150 inbound calls per day through a call queue.

  • Triage and transfer customer enquiries to the appropriate departments.

  • Conduct follow-up emails and outbound calls as required.

  • Complete general administrative support tasks.

  • Use systems including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Genesys effectively.


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a call centre, reception, or customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy and confident with multiple systems.

  • A proactive and reliable approach to work.
