What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling warm inbound calls from potential customers looking for life insurance solutions.
  • Making outbound follow-up calls to customers who've expressed interest (EOI) – no cold calling!
  • Selling through rapport building – Help customers choose the right coverage while providing empathetic, informative service.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by guiding them through their options with confidence and care.
  • Following proven sales processes that prioritize customer needs over pressure tactics.
  • Meeting reasonable sales targets through genuine engagement and strong relationship building.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer engagement experience is essential – You've worked in sales or service-to-purchase roles and know how to drive commercial outcomes. Phone-based insurance sales experience is ideal but not mandatory.
  • A sales mindset – You thrive on hitting targets while genuinely believing in the value you provide to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills – You can confidently build rapport, simplify complex information, and influence through great experiences.
  • Resilience & coachability – You embrace feedback, follow processes, and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Commitment to growth – You're looking to stay and build a career for 2-3+ years, not just take a short-term role.
  • A team player – You value human connection, want to be part of a tight-knit family culture, and thrive on accountability and recognition.

The Details:

  • Start date: January 12th (permanent positions)
  • Pay: $68,000 base + super + commission (all under review)
  • Training: 2 weeks comprehensive training to set you up for success
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating roster between 8 AM–8:30 PM (standard 9-5 with some late shifts)
  • Shortlist Date: TBC
