Your Next Role:

If you’re someone who thrives in meaningful and genuine conversations rather than surface-level customer service… keep reading.

Our client, is an award-winning social impact company transforming access to justice in Australia with a clear purpose: To ensure access to justice isn’t determined by someone’s bank balance.

This is not a typical admin or call centre role. It’s phone-based, highly engaged, and deeply human.

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you are the voice and heartbeat of the business - supporting people navigating divorce, family law matters, and estate disputes during some of the most emotional periods of their lives.

You’ll guide clients and law firms through the full funding journey - from initial enquiry to repayment - ensuring every interaction is empathetic, clear, proactive and professional.

This is client experience with impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and 1,000+ partnered law firms

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls daily

  • Provide updates on new and in-progress applications & support clients post-loan inquiries

  • Handle sensitive conversations with care, empathy and professionalism

  • Gather, review and identify missing documentation and proactively follow up

  • Create appropriate urgency while maintaining compassion

  • Work closely with in-house lawyers, credit and loan processing teams

  • Take ownership of moving applications forward

What You Need:

  • Experience in customer service, client services, financial services, legal support, or similar phone-based environments

  • High emotional intelligence - you can support anxious or distressed clients calmly and professionally

  • Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Confidence handling back-to-back calls

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A performance mindset - you’re comfortable working to measurable service standards

  • A genuine desire to help people during difficult life moments

Sales experience is welcome - but this role is about long-term trust and care, not transactional selling.
