We’re on the lookout for energetic Outbound New Business Consultants to join a high-performing sales team in Sydney. In this role, you’ll be speaking with clients who have completed a free trial period with our client; an award winning platform for trades listings. 

💼 What you’ll be doing:

Outbound calls (scripted) to trades people who have recently completed their free trial period and converting them into a full paid membership.
Follow up on all leads, which have been sourced and allocated to the team.
Source new leads across external channels.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years recent phone-based experience in Sales, Retention, or Collections roles

• A proven ability to work towards KPIs and hit sales targets

• Resilience, drive, and strong communication skills

• Enthusiasm to learn and develop product knowledge

• Solution based selling experience desired but not essential
