Account Manager – Growth & Retention

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys helping clients grow their business while driving commercial results?

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a high-performing team in Sydney, working with high-value clients on one of Australia’s leading online platforms for trades and home services.

In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of tradie businesses, helping them maximise their marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and scale their businesses through the platform.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, analysing campaign performance, and driving growth through smart, solution-focused conversations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of tradie clients, focusing on growth, engagement, and retention

  • Providing strategic advice to help clients maximise campaign performance and ROI

  • Educating customers on best practices for online marketing and lead generation

  • Running onboarding calls for new clients and helping them get the most from their campaigns

  • Handling inbound client enquiries and building strong ongoing relationships

  • Executing outbound campaigns to upgrade clients into higher-tier product plans

  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven recommendations

  • Supporting retention efforts, including proactive engagement and collection calls when required

  • Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service

  • Exposure to a target-driven or KPI-based environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with customers

  • A customer-first mindset and ability to understand client business goals

  • Confidence interpreting campaign performance and providing recommendations

  • Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, online marketing, or digital campaigns is a bonus
