You'll drive high-value conversations, build strong customer relationships, uncover needs, overcome objections, and help tradies maximise the value of their membership—all while using the retention and customer engagement skills you've developed in a contact centre environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding new tradies and guiding them through their first experience on the platform

  • Conducting outbound engagement and nurture calls to support customer success

  • Re-engaging tradies who have become inactive and helping them maximise their return on investment

  • Having meaningful conversations to overcome objections and encourage ongoing platform engagement

  • Educating tradies on best practices and providing tailored recommendations

  • Managing and tracking customer performance and campaign activity

  • Assisting with service-related enquiries and account management activities

  • Supporting the wider sales team where required

  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets

What we're looking for:

  • Ideally you have previous experience in a high-volume call centre, particularly within customer retention, loyalty, save teams, renewals or outbound customer engagement

  • Confident handling objections and influencing customer decisions over the phone

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • You thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy achieving and exceeding KPIs

  • A resilient, positive and customer-focused mindset

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A genuine desire to help customers succeed and deliver positive outcomes
