Your Next Role

We're looking for a Case Specialist to join the Premium Administration team, taking ownership of premium administration and remediation cases from allocation right through to closure. You'll coordinate assessment, calculation, communication, payment and record rectification, making sure every case is handled accurately and delivers a fair outcome for members and providers.

This is a specialist role suited to someone who enjoys managing complex, end to end cases independently, applying sound judgement, and supporting others along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Calculate and validate remediation payments in line with approved methodologies and financial controls
  • Take end to end ownership of assigned remediation cases from assessment through to closure
  • Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve issues in line with procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, audit trails and supporting documentation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned cases, responding to member and provider enquiries
  • Manage sensitive or complex cases with professionalism, empathy and sound judgement
  • Perform quality assurance checks across policy updates, calculations and communications
  • Support and coach Premium Administration Coordinators on case management and quality requirements
  • Work closely with various internal teams to deliver accurate outcomes

What You'll Need

  • Experience in policy administration, remediation or a regulated environment
  • Strong numerical skills with experience calculating or validating financial outcomes is desirable
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance
  • Experience managing customer enquiries, including complaints or dispute resolution
  • Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and case management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and work within SLAs
  • Sound judgement and the ability to identify and escalate risks
