Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts with overtime available. Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the Sheetmetal Foreman include:

  • Planning & Administration - Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe-fitting jobs based on priorities and the availability of resources.
  • Equipment & Materials - Orders materials, equipment, and supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, & stores) site deliveries.
  • Field Supervision - Ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations.
  • Job Site Presence - Ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings.
  • Project Manager Collaboration - Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication takes place between the field and office.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or Equivalent (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the Sheetmetal trade.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings.
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals.
  • Ability to lay out and create simple drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
