Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities of the Fleet & Facilities Manager include:
- Monitors and coordinates routine and emergency maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
- Maintains detailed records of vehicle statuses, maintenance schedules, and repair costs.
- Ensures compliance with federal and state transportation laws and regulations.
- Coordinates vehicle purchasing, selling, registration, insurance, and renewals for all vehicles and vehicle paperwork.
- Manages all vehicle GPS devices, systems, accounts, and cameras, as well as WEX (gas cards) and Sunpass accounts.
- Manages relationships with external vendors, including repair shops and suppliers.
- Oversees the maintenance of several on-site facilities, including issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintains and manages all security features, including the gate system and alarm system.
- Manages key inventory for private offices, coordinating lock changes and key distributions as needed.
- Conducts inspections of the facility to identify issues and initiate repairs. Manages all landscaping and cleaning services.
- Coordinates with department heads for maintaining and preparing workspaces, relocating teams, or other facility changes.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborates with HR to enforce safety protocols within the fleet and facilities.
- Assists in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates for fleet and facility management.
- Liaises with law enforcement and emergency services and collaborates with Safety Manager and HR Director as needed.
Qualified candidates will have:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or Equivalent, College Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fleet and facility role.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local driving regulations, particularly as they pertain to commercial transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to various job sites, vendor locations, and/or locations where our fleet vehicles are, as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
