Position Overview
The Site Manager at our Desoto location is responsible for the daily oversight of non-clinical operations, including Front Desk and Scheduling, in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams. This leadership role ensures efficient workflow, seamless patient throughput, and an outstanding patient experience. The Site Manager serves as a key liaison between the Desoto site and main office operations, with a focus on customer service, staff performance, and operational excellence. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk and Scheduling staff daily to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Coordinate workflow throughout the front desk to support operational effectiveness
- Serve as liaison between Desoto site and main office for facilities, administrative, and clinical matters
- Promote and ensure an exceptional patient experience with minimal wait times
- Follow up promptly on complaints and patient feedback
- Ensure quality and HIPAA-compliant documentation and communications
- Review registration documentation for accuracy
- Generate operational reports and assist in training and education processes
- Supervise staff productivity and performance in alignment with company standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to address staffing or performance concerns
- Interact with internal teams including Physicians, Senior Leadership, and IT/EMR staff
- Engage with external vendors as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in management (required)
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a physician/clinic setting OR
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in a clinical environment
Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success implementing new operational processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
