Lead Registered Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Technician to help guide our clinical team, elevate patient care, and support the continued growth of our hospital.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated veterinary professional who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with team leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Team Training & Mentorship - Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants
  • Hospital Operations & Patient Care - Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service
  • Inventory Management
  • Marketing & Community Engagement - Partner with leadership to promote services and strengthen community relationships
  • Safety & Compliance - Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols

Schedule and Compensation:

Compensation: $23-$26 per hour, for each hour worked

This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

Full-Time Benefits Package*

  • Bonus Package: $2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Kansas.

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:

  • 3+ years of Veterinary Technician experience
  • Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the state of Kansas
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative leadership style
