Lead Registered Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Technician to help guide our clinical team, elevate patient care, and support the continued growth of our hospital.

What You'll Do
- Team Training & Mentorship - Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants
- Hospital Operations & Patient Care - Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service
- Inventory Management
- Marketing & Community Engagement - Partner with leadership to promote services and strengthen community relationships
- Safety & Compliance - Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols
Schedule and Compensation:
Compensation: $23-$26 per hour, for each hour worked
This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
Full-Time Benefits Package*
- Bonus Package: $2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Kansas.
- CE Allowance: $500-$1,000 based on tenure and credentials

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set:
- 3+ years of Veterinary Technician experience
- Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the state of Kansas
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service
- Positive attitude and a collaborative leadership style
