Veterinarian | Georgetown Veterinary Clinic
Associate Veterinarian (DVM)
Georgetown Veterinary Clinic | Georgetown, Indiana
Full-Time Associate Veterinarian Opportunity | 4-Day Workweek | No On-Call | New Graduates Welcome
Georgetown Veterinary Clinic is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) to join our growing team in Georgetown, Indiana, just minutes from Louisville, Kentucky. We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine, values collaboration, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
Whether you're an experienced veterinarian looking for your next long-term home or a new graduate looking for a supportive environment to build confidence and grow, we'd love to meet you
Why Join Georgetown Veterinary Clinic?
At Georgetown Veterinary Clinic, great medicine and a great workplace go hand in hand.
Our team is close-knit, experienced, and doesn't take itself too seriously. We laugh together, spend time together outside of work, have fun with our clients, and believe enjoying the people you work with matters. At the same time, we're deeply committed to practicing a high standard of medicine and giving clients thoughtful options when it comes to their pets' care.
You'll join a collaborative five-doctor team with a range of experience levels and clinical interests, supported by four licensed veterinary technicians and a talented team of assistants. Our experienced doctors enjoy sharing their knowledge, discussing cases, and helping teammates develop their skills. New graduates are welcome, and mentorship can be tailored to the areas where you want to grow.
Georgetown is also a great opportunity for a veterinarian who loves medicine but doesn't necessarily love surgery. Surgery is not required for this position. If surgery is an area you'd like to develop, however, you'll have experienced doctors who enjoy teaching and opportunities to build those skills at your own pace.
And you'll have plenty of room to practice. Our approximately 8,000-square-foot hospital was purpose-built with veterinary medicine in mind and features six exam rooms, two surgical suites, a spacious treatment area, indoor and outdoor kennels, a conference room, and even an on-site gym for the team!
We're a busy, growing hospital with the space and resources to continue growing alongside you.
