About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Analytics Manager to join our Measurement team at Whalar. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data analysis efforts for our influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy and optimization. You will also be responsible for managing a team of data analysts and ensuring the smooth operation of our analytics function.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of data from a variety of sources to inform influencer marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and insights
- Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in influencer marketing campaigns
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making
- Manage and mentor data analysts, setting goals and providing feedback and support
- Ensure the smooth operation of the analytics function, including data quality control and process improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and influencer marketing
- Provide leadership and guidance to the analytics team, developing and implementing best practices and standards
- Must be client facing and collaborative with our brand points of contact, helping them navigate the creator landscape and how we measure it.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 7+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong experience managing and developing a team of data analysts
- Experience implementing and maintaining data quality control processes a plus

This hybrid role, based in New York, NY, offers flexibility and collaboration. You can choose to work from our vibrant office any three days a week. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
