About the role:
The Content Production Specialist is responsible for executing high-quality content across digital, print, and social channels — helping bring creative visions to life. This person will manage the full production process including scheduling, coordination, and asset delivery, while ensuring every piece of content meets brand standards and project goals.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, editorial, design) and external partners to streamline workflows, solve challenges, and support both member and internal Lighthouse content needs. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re equally passionate about technical craft and storytelling, with a strong pulse on creator culture and emerging tools.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Capture and produce photo and video content on-site for both Lighthouse initiatives and member campaigns
- Operate various production equipment including cameras (Blackmagic, Sony, GoPro), lighting, audio gear, and more
- Edit and deliver high-quality content for digital and social distribution using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition)
- Manage media assets using tools like Frame.io, Dropbox, and internal asset libraries
- Support livestream and multi-camera content production, including switching and broadcast software
- Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot production equipment and studio facilities
- Proactively capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during events and creative sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with brand, quality, and timing expectations
- Problem-solve quickly and calmly during production challenges to keep projects moving forward
Here’s what we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in video, photography, or content production, ideally within creative, studio, or media environments
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with camera ops, lighting setups, sound design, and editing workflows
- Strong understanding of creator culture and the evolving digital content landscape
- Ability to edit engaging content with a fast, social-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, on-site environments
- Highly organized, with strong time-management and communication skills
- Experience with asset management tools (e.g. Frame.io, Dropbox) and livestream/broadcast platforms
- Creative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, especially under production pressure
Cultural fit:
- A passion for creativity and innovation, aligned with The Lighthouse’s mission to be a beacon for creators.
- A collaborative mindset, eager to work with other teams to enhance the overall member experience.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, reflecting the values of The Lighthouse.
- Understand the philosophical difference between being a Leader vs being just a Manager.
- Be a Good Person
