About the role:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (Events & Partnerships) to lead the planning and execution of six high-profile activations in 2025. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on project management, ensuring every event is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. You’ll be the central point of contact between our internal teams, partners, and vendors—driving collaboration, problem-solving challenges, and ensuring flawless execution.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Act as the primary account lead, managing partner relationships and serving as the key point of contact.
- Oversee end-to-end planning for both intimate fireside-style events and larger-scale experiential activations.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met across internal teams and partners.
- Coordinate all event logistics—venues, layouts, schedules, and operational details.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (F&B, rentals, décor, fabrication, staffing, etc.).
- Oversee creative workflows, from look-and-feel decks to digital assets, ensuring brand alignment.
- Lead weekly check-ins and status calls with stakeholders, delivering clear updates and identifying risks early.
- Prepare production plans (run of show, staffing, floor plans) and comprehensive post-event recaps.
- Troubleshoot challenges with a solutions-first mindset, keeping projects on track.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proven project or event management experience, ideally overseeing multiple activations simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain excellent relationships.
- Experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and tracking budgets.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing deadlines and priorities.
- A collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and proactive.
- Resourceful, solutions-focused, and comfortable troubleshooting challenges under pressure.
- Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules, including heavier workloads during event weeks.
