As part of our Campus Support Team, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every space at our Brooklyn Campus is functional, clean, and welcoming. From keeping studios and meeting rooms tour-ready to supporting café, bar, events, and production operations, you’ll play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for our members, guests, and staff. - Maintain indoor and outdoor campus areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
- Assist with café operations including food prep, service, dishwashing, and cleanup.
- Support bar operations by restocking, cleaning, and assisting bartenders with setup and breakdown.
- Track and manage supply inventory, flagging shortages before they happen.
- Set up, stock, and reset meeting rooms, studios, and events with food, beverage, or equipment needs.
- Keep restrooms, member spaces, and common areas spotless and always ready for members and tours.
- Manage trash, dishware, utensils, and barware in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Partner with the Maintenance & Movers Team on campus upkeep and repairs.
- Support managers with additional operational tasks as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills and maintain Lighthouse service standards.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience in hospitality, café, bar support, or public space attendant roles a plus.
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing, and moving across indoor/outdoor spaces.
- Flexible availability (daytime, evenings, and weekends) and ability to work in varying conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A passion for creativity, hospitality, and contributing to an inclusive culture.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent bending, standing, and walking.
- Comfortable working across both indoor and outdoor areas.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
