About the role:

We’re looking for a Client Services Executive to join Whalar’s world-class team supporting top-tier creators and brands. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with some of the most exciting voices in digital culture—helping creators bring campaigns to life across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and beyond.

You’ll act as the central connector between creators, clients, and internal teams, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly, looks exceptional, and delivers real impact. Here’s what an Associate Director will do day to day:

• Collaborate with creators across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch, and emerging channels to bring campaigns to life.
• Source, negotiate, contract, and manage creators across multiple campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and creative direction.
• Deliver clear, inspiring briefs and manage daily communication with creators throughout content development and launch.
• Partner with the Campaign Manager to review, approve, and provide feedback on creator content, ensuring compliance with FTC regulations, IP rights, and brand guidelines.
• Support campaign reporting by tracking key metrics, capturing insights, and helping build wrap reports that showcase performance and results.
• Keep campaigns and daily operations running smoothly, managing timelines, deliverables, and administrative tasks with attention to detail and consistency.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in the influencer marketing, creator, or social media landscape.
• Familiarity with Twitch—whether as a marketer, streamer, or passionate consumer.
• Experience working with gaming creators or a strong interest in video game culture.
• A genuine enthusiasm for social media, creators, and the broader influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A creative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• A collaborative team player who’s eager to learn, grow, and jump in wherever needed.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately, budget approvals.
