About the role:
In Sixteenth’s Talent Coordinator role, you’ll develop your organisational and communication skills while assisting our Senior Talent Managers with our VIP creators. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the Creator Economy by working closely with internal teams to help campaigns run smoothly.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the home of “good influence” and one of the leading, global, 360° Creator talent management companies.
Here’s what you’ll do day to day:
- Support assigned Senior Talent Managers with pipeline management of campaigns from point of sign-off through to completion for assigned VIP Creators.
- Support Senior Talent Managers to interpret and manage campaign briefs and guide Creators through the creative process.
- Field requests from prospective brand and agency partners.
- Manage event invites, gifting requests, travel logistics and deliveries for Creators.
- Communicate with the Finance Team to ensure that deals and campaign expenses are invoiced for efficiently.
- Work alongside the Senior Talent Managers to develop strategies for VIP Creators to improve their content and commerciality.
- Assist your colleagues in other day-to-day tasks.
- Learn the fundamentals of our business, in the interest of developing to be highly effective and progressing to other roles in the company.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- You have 1 year of experience in campaign management role within influencer marketing.
- You have excellent administrative and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented, highly organised and self-motivated.
- You are proactive and independent with a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
- You are coachable and open to feedback, critique and new ideas.
- You have humility, with an understanding that 'no job is too small'.
- You are committed to self-development and personal growth.
- You have a genuine passion for the Creator Economy.
Based in Farringdon, London, we embrace a flexible hybrid model. We ask our team to work from the office two days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday serving as our "anchor days." These days are dedicated to collaborating in person and celebrating Sixteenth’s vibrant culture together
