  • Take pride in keeping the restrooms clean and organized.
  • Engage in ongoing training to sharpen skills and stay up-to-date with best practices.
  • Assist with café operations as needed: food prep, service, dishwashing, and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Utilize required tools on campus for communication and organizing.
  • Assists in any other duties set forth or requested by other managers as needed.
  • Thrive in high energy event space, always ready to jump in and assist the team with set up and tear down as well as consistent event cleanliness throughout.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and customer service.
  • Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, frequent bending, standing, and moving across indoor/outdoor spaces.
  • Flexible availability, including daytime, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture.
