š» The Role
We are looking for a Vendor Management Specialist to manage the performance of our BPO partners and hold them accountable to a high standard of output for our users. Our Vendor Management Lead will:
- Manage the day to day performance of our BPO partners.
- Identify root cause and solutions for dips in performance.
- Maintain relationships with our BPO and internal stakeholders
- Hold partners to the metric goals outlined in their statement of work.
- Support and lead critical initiatives to scale existing/new support and trust & safety programs.
- Identify trends to improve our products, support processes, optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency in order to increase customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external partners, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
- Effectively work cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders.
Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, Arizona hub.

- Experience in operations, sales or service in a high paced ecommerce environment preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of diverse experience in scalable operations, ideally with experience in managing external (3rd party vendor partners) stakeholders to get results
- Excellent communicator with strong cross-functional skills across different team members
- Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
- Strong analytical skills, data orientation, and metrics driven operator
- Experience in project management and managing strategic projects with cross-functional teams
- Track record of driving process improvements & cost optimizations
š°Compensation
For Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants: $36.06hr - $40.87hr /year + benefits + stock options
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity in the form of stock options.
