We are looking for a Senior Talent Development Project Manager who is highly organized and passionate about optimizing people processes, utilizing technology to drive efficiency, and using data to foster a strong company culture. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across all Talent Development programs, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives, and aligning projects across the People Team.
Project Management
- Lead cross-functional coordination for talent development initiatives to drive efficiency, accountability, seamless execution, and high impact.
- Manage Talent Development Calendar, ensuring initiatives are strategically planned and executed in alignment with company objectives and thoughtfully time in consideration of cross-People team initiatives.
- Centralize Talent Development communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility for employees.
- Drive operational efficiencies by identifying and addressing gaps in processes and communication.
- Serve as the Project Management SME for the Talent Development Team, introducing and optimizing best-in-class PM tools and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain templates and playbooks to standardize and scale people programs and processes effectively.
- Oversee Talent Development budget tracking, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
Program Management
- Lead end-to-end engagement program management of the Bi-Annual Culture Survey process, including administration, analysis, and action planning.
- Flex to provide dedicated program and/or project management support for new and existing talent development programs.
- Provide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with strategic guidance and light programmatic support in partnership w/ workplace experience.
Talent Development Metrics, Insights & Technology Optimization
- Collaborate with People Ops and Analytics to track key performance indicators, generate insights, and optimize talent development decision-making.
- Own Culture Amp and the Learning Management System (LMS) to drive insights and optimize learning & engagement strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance People program efficiencies and employee engagement strategies.
Required to be within commuting distance of our New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles hubs.

As our next Senior Talent Development Project Manager you should have experience in high growth startups, plus:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a strategic operations role or similar
- Strong program management skills with a proven ability to execute cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion and general AI-driven tooling solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and insights to optimize programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

This is an hourly paid, independent contractor engagement with an anticipated workload of 30-40 hours per week. Rate will be based on a number of factors including relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
