And yes, you'll definitely play a role in:

  • Data-Driven Distribution:
    • Create and distribute content that leverages our unique market insights to proactively feed the press and position us as the go-to STR source.
  • PLG Experiments:
    • Run Product-Led Growth experiments to keep all channels active and drive organic acquisition.
  • Product Launches:
    • Our main messaging medium now is a robust cadence of product launches.  You will be positioned in 6+ months to own this process.

Valued Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience, with 2+ years of SaaS/B2B product marketing experience.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities.
  • Clear examples of how you’ve scaled yourself with software tools and/or AI.
  • A robust portfolio that illustrates you can build beautiful content & things.

About You:

  • You set a high personal bar - a desire to work for a company where you could fall in love with the product & space
  • You excel at working cross-functionally - and can successfully connect & inspire teammates that range from product builders, to sales teammates, partnerships & finance leaders.
  • You are strong at project management - Comfortable starting & finishing multiple initiatives in parallel
  • You are eager to work in a fun, fast, collaborative atmosphere
  • You love of listening to customers, translating their ideas / questions / concerns into messaging magic
Or… if you feel like you have most/many of these ‘requirements’, but just need a chance to show us what else makes you great, we’d love to say hello!

About Us:

Wheelhouse is a fintech platform for the $500B+ flex rental space. Most specifically, we enable short & mid-length stay providers with 1 to 100,000+ listings to earn 20%+ more from their rental properties.

In 2021, our target customer segment voted our platform “Innovation of the Year” at the Data & Revenue Management conference. This sentiment is shared by our customers, as evidenced by our platforms low churn and rapidly growing ARPU. In 2022, we closed a significant funding round, with participation from many of the best tech, travel & real estate investors. We’re lucky to have a long runway, low burn, and rapidly growing revenue.

As a team, we enjoy shipping products our customers love, on time or ahead of schedule, while balancing work/life & having fun together. We’re best described as transparent & collaborative, and we strive to set our teammates up for success - both professionally & personally. We’re a remote-first, work-anywhere, and “yes - you should make time for that adventure/vacation” company, who believes that “healthy hustle” is the key to good growth.

We’re experienced business & product builders who have founded multiple companies together, know our category extremely well, and recognize how rare/special it is to be perfectly positioned around a big opportunity with a very strong cross-functional team.

We’d be eager to say hello and learn more about you!

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
