UK Logistics Manager (12 month cover)

London, England, United Kingdom (Remote)

Not all heroes wear capes — but plenty of them use toilet paper

Want to challenge yourself at a purpose-led scale up AND make a difference in the world? Come join the revolootion!

Funny name, serious business

We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD (roughly £9.8 million GBP) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.

With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

Our global logistics team makes magic happen by delivering much-needed toilet paper to customers across North America, Australia, the UK and Europe. For us, it’s more than just getting boxes from the warehouse to the doorstep — it’s about upholding our brand values every step of the way: delightful, sustainable and socially responsible.

We’ve got some big plans in motion across the UK — from domesticating production to launching new products and step changing our presence in retail and B2B. To support all of that, we’re looking for a Logistics Manager (UK) to join us for a 12-month parental leave cover.

You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations on track, strengthening relationships with our partners, and driving continuous improvement across our systems and processes. The work is wide-ranging — from system optimisation to supplier management — and will give you a deep look under the hood of how a values-led supply chain operates.

This role is remote-first within the UK. We work flexibly to connect across time zones and meet as a UK team every two weeks at our London office, with regular visits to suppliers across the UK.

We’ll be accepting applications until 14 July 2025, with the option to extend if needed.

Where you’ll make an impact

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day flow of orders and deliveries in the UK, working closely with our 3PL and carrier partners to meet service targets
  • Leading weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, using data to drive accountability and improvements
  • Owning and evolving our issue and non-conformance trackers for both retail and DTC
  • Optimising how orders are released to the warehouse and looking for ways to improve efficiency
  • Acting as our UK NetSuite superuser — integrating external data, building dashboards, and embedding it as the single source of truth
  • Analysing Customer Service data to identify delivery-related issues and leading action plans to reduce tickets and improve experience
  • Enhancing invoice reporting and cost analysis tools to surface trends and ensure accuracy
  • Supporting key projects, like product launches and customer service improvements, from planning through execution
  • Managing our logistics co-ordinator, working closely together to make positive change for our customers through delightful deliveries

Let’s talk about you

You’re no stranger to logistics — you’ve worked with complex systems, built strong partnerships, and know how to hit the ground running. You’re confident stepping into a fast-paced environment and taking ownership from day one.

You're a people person

You build trusted relationships across teams and suppliers, and know how to collaborate for win-wins. You focus on what matters to all parties - and deliver on it.

You're a numbers person

You keep a close eye on performance and use data and KPIs to guide decisions. You know how to use insights to hold partners accountable and push for better outcomes.

You live for processes

You’re highly organised, analytical and always looking for ways to do things better. You stay current on tools and trends, and you’re not afraid to suggest (or lead) improvements.

You embrace change

Scaling, shifting and evolving doesn’t faze you. You know how to stay grounded in the chaos — leaning on systems, structure and your team to keep things moving.

You give a crap

Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!

Why should you work with us?

First off, as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5 we’re in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.

We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly – that’s why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world, generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right).

Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp!) tell us that our team is really proud (95%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, we couldn’t be more proud of that.

Have you made it this far?

If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.
