Funny name, serious business

We are a leading eco-friendly household essentials business and we donate 50% of our profits to help everyone gain access to clean water and a toilet. As of June 2024, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD to this mission. Basically, we’re really good at making it easy to do good.

We operate scaling businesses in the UK, US, and Australia (Canada, soon). Our amazing team is based in Australia, the UK, the Philippines, China, and the US. Over the next 5-10 years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

This is a permanent role focused on building and scaling our UK influencer and partnerships programme. You will be instrumental in bringing our brand to a wider audience. This role works across the full marketing funnel—from top-of-funnel brand building with celebrities and macro creators, all the way through to driving efficient conversions with print and affiliate partnerships.

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in

  • Strategically identifying and successfully securing new, high-impact UK influencer and brand partnerships that align with our mission.
  • Kicking off a campaign for our new summer Limited Edition launch, which will be amplified through paid media like Meta & YouTube.
  • Balancing top-of-funnel brand collaborations that drive our brand metrics like trust and familiarity, with bottom-of-funnel performance partnerships.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all UK partnerships, providing clear recommendations for scaling the most effective channels.
