WHAT WE OFFER:
GREAT PAY
As a New Construction Residential HVAC Installer, we offer high piecework rates where you will have the opportunity to earn $400-$600 daily, with a workload of up to 3 houses per week.

OUR IDEAL NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC INSTALLER:

We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• 3rd year, 4th year, or Journeyman ticket
• Residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience with full rough-ins
• Excellent sheet metal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical manuals
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work

And who can manage these responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, and air conditioners
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions to ensure proper system installation
• Lay out and connect ductwork according to specifications
• Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies during all installations
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored
